A Man On A Mission
About The Owner
Phillip De Freitas founded PVD Plumbing & Repipe in 2007. He has extensive plumbing experience, and he's widely recognized as being the "go to" plumber for home repiping projects, as well as all types of residential and commercial plumbing needs.
More than a decade ago, Phillip began his career in the plumbing trade as an apprentice. After completing his apprenticeship requirements, he was promoted to journeyman. Philip was also awarded a scholarship for his participation in an apprenticeship program. He graduated from school and was issued a Plumbing Contractor C36 license.
